Hi! I'm Donna Howe

I’m a Cairns-based nurse driven by a passion for authentic, hands-on support.

After years in the healthcare system, I started Select Support Services to spend genuine quality time with each participant—because I believe you can’t rush care that truly makes a difference.

Advocacy is at the heart of everything I do. Whether helping someone build new skills or providing one-on-one nursing support, I focus on listening first and adapting my approach to fit each person’s unique circumstances.

It’s all about empowering individuals to take charge of their own lives.

By remaining intentionally small and focusing on Cairns, Innisfail, and Far North Queensland, we stay closely connected to our community and can offer the personalised attention each person deserves.
